Information concerning the most important instruments in the field of materials science that the laboratories are ready to give access for the other laboratories is collected on these pages. The joint-use and terms of the use must be discussed separately for each case. The contact information can be found next to each instrument. The instruments are grouped according to both application area and department.

You can also use the search-option on the navigator on the top right corner to search for the spesific instruments (e.g. AFM)

Some of the members of UMK are located in the Centre for Micro and Nanotechnology, Micronova.  All of the equipment in Micronova are not among the joint-use, as their use may require a separate clean room licence since they are located inside the clean room
